Our Story
20/20 Consulting was founded on the idea that personal service goes a long way in navigating the complexities of employee benefits.

With over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, our team combines the expertise and knowledge to develop creative, cost-effective strategies that align with company goals.

Brian began 20/20 Consulting with a desire to keep personal support and service at the forefront of employee benefits.
Brian Taylor, Founder
Brian comes to 20/20 following 16 years with Kistler Tiffany Benefits, where he worked closely with clients to maximize the value of their benefits. His client portfolio included those in the architecture, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, IT, transportation, accounting, law, real estate, non-profit, and financial industries, among others.
Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Brian worked as a consultant with Dascit White & Winston, based in New York, where he advised independent brokers on group insurance products. He began his insurance career with Medigroup, a start-up health plan in Philadelphia.
Brian is an active member of the National Association for Health Underwriters and the Greater Philadelphia Association for Health Underwriters. He is also involved with the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association, through which he was recognized with a nomination for Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year, Consultant Category.
He is President of the Board of Directors of Laurel House, whose mission is to advocate for and empower those impacted by domestic violence by providing crisis intervention, safe haven, supportive programs and resources, and also served on the Walk a Mile Committee. Brian is a past board member of The Firely Foundation, which serves the needs of medically fragile children and individuals with substance use disorder, and a past board member of the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation, which supports local community non-profits who provide services to children and adults who are physically or mentally challenged, or suffering from abuse or from lack of financial or physical resources.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. He lives in Trappe, PA with his wife Deanna, daughter Giavanna and their dog Harley.
